Happy official first day of winter! Here’s what I plan on reading during winter 2021:

Winter Reading List 2021:

The Queen’s Council Rebel Rose by Emma Theriault: Disney Books is coming out with a series of books reimagining the Disney Princesses and the real history behind their stories and I am here for it! Rebel Rose is the first book in the series and it is a historical fiction about my favorite Disney Princess, Belle, from Beauty & The Beast. The story takes place on the brink of the French revolution. This is hands down the first book I want to read in 2021.

Simmer Down by Sarah Smith: Finally! A contemporary romance about a Filipino girl in the islands. I feel seen right now and can’t wait to dive into this book.

Love Your Life: A Novel by Sophie Kinsella: I first heard about pre-orders for this book back in October on Bookstagram and I made a mental note to come back to it in a few months. I have this weird thing about pre-ordering books because they almost always end up on my DNF (did not finish) list. I saw the physical book in Barnes & Noble last month and it’s huge. It has great reviews on both Amazon and Goodreads so I’m crossing my fingers I like it, too.

The Feel Good Effect by Robyn Conley Downs: This season’s required read is The Feel Good Effect: Reclaim Your Wellness Finding Small Shifts that Create Big Change by Robyn Conley Downs. I first heard of this book from fellow wellness blogger Jules Acree and saved it to read at a later date. What better way to kick off the new year by learning how to make small shifts to create big change!
